Hey, guess what? After 4 years and a total of 54 illustrations, my work on ‘The Books of Earthsea’ is done!

‘The Books of Earthsea: The Complete Illustrated Edition‘ will be published this October by Saga Press (an imprint of Simon & Schuster). It will contain 54 color and b/w illustrations by myself and all six books as well as assorted short stories & essays) by Ursula K. LeGuin.

Until then, here is a gallery of the some of the Earthsea preliminary pencil drawings! These drawings will coincidentally be available for purchase starting tomorrow, Thursday, Feb. 15 at 12 noon (EST).
