I have had to do some soul searching lately on the value of being an artist. Through Arnnie Fenners recent Spectrum Live ads, listening to recent artist talks from Gurney, Manchess, and lectures at the Norm Rockwell, and just realizing the history we can learn from paintings in the past have given me more understanding that it's ok to be an artist, and that some Art can be a powerful expression that guides, inspires and teaches humanity.
