(1931 – 2015)
Leonard Nimoy’s interest in photography began in childhood; for the rest of his life, he owned a camera that he rebuilt at the age of 13. In the 1970s he studied photography at the University of California, Los Angeles. His work has been exhibited at the R. Michelson Galleries in Northampton, Massachusetts and the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art.

Thank you for this post. I did not know that he was a photographer and a very good one.
It is nice to see him remembered for who he was and not just as the icon 'Spock'.
I always loved his point of view as a photographer. such gorgeous attention to forms and silhouettes.
