Hi there! It’s been a while since I posted. Last time I wrote, my Marvel Masterpieces trading card set had just been announced. The set wasn’t actually out yet, so I was only able to spoil a few select pieces at the time. But since then, the set has been released, so now I can share a lot more. Here’s a selection of some of my favorites from this collection of 135+ original oil paintings that I created exclusively for this set.
I know that’s a lot of paintings. And there are seriously a HUNDRED more! I’ve been posting a lot of behind-the-scenes looks at these pieces over on my Patreon, including a ton of process videos for those that want to know more about what goes into painting images like this. I’ve also been giving my Patrons first dibs on purchasing the original art. Check out the video below for a small sampling of some of the process.

Man oh MAN these are terrific. And its still a bafflingly humongous exercise to engage in- I’m super blown away by it all. And speaking as one who seems to indulge in super humongous exercises, I tip all of my hates to you. Congrats on getting this done and I am dying to see the rest.
