My head is down in the studio hammering away at the beginning of thirteen new paintings for Tad William’s To Green Angel Tower, a forth coming illustrated two-book completion of the Dragonbone Chair series from Grim Oak Press.  Until I can share those images, here are a few recently released works as well as a commission of the Witch-king over Minas Morgul, completed this past summer for Scott Murphy and Elisabeth Alba.

My favorite part of the Guthwulf and Sorrow painting was letting that red underpainting stay burning through as shadows.  Happy Valentine’s Day!
