Wylie Beckert is an illustrator and fine artist with a love of all things fantasy. The simultaneously grim and playful images she creates are distinguished by their intricate detail, unexpected compositions, and narrative sensibility, offering a window into a fantastical world that is both sinister and inviting.

While she has worked for such clients as Mondo, Wizards of the Coast, and Dark Horse Comics, she is best known for her self-directed playing card projects, Wicked Kingdom (2016) and Reign of Sin (2021).
